About the Role:

As an Labourer with Solarig, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our solar farm. This full-time role offers the chance to work in a collaborative, safety-focused environment, with excellent career growth potential in the rapidly expanding solar industry.

Location: Wyalong Region
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (38 hours per week)
Must participate on On-call roster
All tools provided

Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a reliable, safety-focused Trade Assistant who can take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team. You should have:

Skid Steer ticket (High desirable)
Chemical Handling Certificate (High desirable)
High Voltage Switching Qualification (High desirable)
Work safely in the construction industry Card (Required)
Low Voltage Rescue Training
CPR Training
A valid Driver’s License

Additionally, you must be:

Committed to safety and compliance with all WH&S regulations
Proactive with a strong work ethic and excellent time management skills
A team player with strong communication skills and a can-do attitude
