🚀 Join our growth! We are constantly expanding and looking for individuals who share our purpose and want to add value as Service Manager within our O&M team.
Some of the responsibilities you will undertake with us include:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance operations across multiple photovoltaic (PV) plants throughout Japan.
- Manage and oversee contracts for assigned projects to accomplish the KPIs.
- Lead and managing personnel working at assigned PV sites
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
- Standardize workflows to optimize operational efficiency.
- Supervise and manage subcontractors and suppliers working for the projects.
- Ensure all work is executed in compliance with the company’s legal standards for safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and deliver internal and external reports (including to clients) regarding PV plant site operations using the company’s standard tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar position.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Training in Electrical or Industrial Engineering will be valued.
- Knowledge of electricity and/or photovoltaic technology.
- Microsoft Office 365: Basic level, mainly Excel and Word.
- English: high level; Japanese: native level.
- Strong team leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- High level of flexibility, adaptability, and proactive attitude.
- Willingness to travel to PV project sites across Japan.
- Driving licence.
