About the Role:

We are seeking a O&M Site Manager to be part of our Operations & Maintenance team at a Solar farm located in Townsville QLD working Monday to Friday - 6am to 2pm (38 hours per week)

O&M Site Manager main Duties:

• Perform any electrical and communications intervention and/or corrective action and advance preventive activities
• Supervision, planning and coordination of the maintenance tasks & personnel
• Coordination of all O&M staff & work activities
• Perform all reasonable requests as directed by management
  
• Perform & supporting administrative tasks as directed by Regional Site Manager
• Update & Utilisation of CMMS including issue/schedule work requests
• Open and close work orders & Permits
• Shutdown and re energization of the power stations and substation (HV switching)
• Perform any intervention and/or corrective action
• Liaise with the suppliers (open tickets and warranty claims as required)
• Preparation and submission of reports if required

• The O&M Site Manager will be available to work in shifts and to hold the emergency phone during nominated weekdays, weekends and public holidays to cover the on-call service. They shall be responsible for the emergency response at that time and will manage the incidences diligently.

Experience:

You are a reliable and safety-focused Electrical tradesperson who can effectively work individually but also in a team environment. You will have:

• A Class Electrical license unrestricted (QLD) (required)
• High Voltage Switching Qualification (required)
• White card
• LV Rescue Training.
• CPR Training
• Current & Valid Drivers License
